The Alamo RMA has, by Memorandum of Understanding, adopted all provisions of the Texas Department of Transportation's Disadvantaged Business Enterprise program.
All goals established and adopted by the Texas Department of Transportation in regards to their program become the same goals to be utilized by the Alamo RMA for all federalized projects.
